These general conditions of sale apply to all sales made by the company VELYEN with professional buyers and non-professional buyers, including the sale of all products offered by VELYEN on its website www.velyen.co.uk – sales on any other website as Ebay.co.uk – and for direct sales in our showroom to our address.
All our products are new and guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and / or design.
Any order implies full acceptance of these conditions of sale and renunciation by the customer of his own conditions of purchase, whatever the terms, even in case the customer has addressed to the company VELYEN, Purchase or any other document containing a symmetrical arrangement to the foregoing. No special condition and derogation from the common law shall be effective if it has not been accepted in writing. The fact that we do not avail ourselves at any given time of any of the provisions of our general conditions of sale can not be interpreted as a modification of the said general conditions of sale nor any waiver of any of the said conditions .
More precisely, the fact for a natural person or legal entity to order on the VELYEN website www.velyen.fr or on any commercial site such as Ebay.fr implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale. They are accessible at all times on this website and will prevail, if necessary, on any other version. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by VELYEN constitute proof of all the transactions.
The offers of products are within the limit of the available stocks and without any special commitment of the Supplier. The indications on the availability of the products are provided at the time of placing the order. The indications concerning the characteristics of the products are deemed exact, subject to technical and visual modifications, and subject to errors and typo.
The list of products offered by the Seller on its website is not exhaustive and the Seller reserves the right to remove and/or modify any product it deems necessary in order to adapt to the market.
Product offers are in stocks. The information on product availability are provided at the time of placing the order.
The products sold on the website comply with the regulations in force in Europe.
Seller’s liability shall not be incurred in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered, it is the Consumer’s responsibility to check.
The illustrations accompanying the products on the website have no contractual value and therefore cannot engage the Seller’s liability.
The Consumer is solely responsible for the choice of products along with their storage and use.
The Seller shall not be held responsible for faulty or any delay or failure in the occurrence of a force majeure usually recognized by the European jurisprudence.
These conditions come into force on the date of validation of the order by the Consumer.
These general conditions are concluded for the time necessary for the provision of goods, until the expiry of the guarantees due by the Seller.
Online order confirmation and proof of the transaction
Upon confirmation of the online order, the Customer will receive an order number and have a summary of the order. By printing it and keeping it, the Consumer has evidence and date of the order. He will find the history and track their orders in his account. The sale will be considered effective except in the case of lack of stocks mentioned.

- Postal bank
In the case of payment by check, the order will be taken into account lorsqu’velyen.co.uk has received and registered the check, then triggering the preparation of the order by the Velyen.co.uk services..
B- Security payment
To participate in the fight against fraud to payment on the Internet and contribute to consumer protection, Velyen.co.uk set up different payment security procedures on its website.

Velyen.co.uk verifies the reliability of the information entered when recording a command.
In this context, the Customer Service Velyen.co.uk may request by email to the Client to provide it with proof of identity and residence. The treatment of the order will begin upon receipt of the requested documentation.
If the Customer does not respond to this request within seven (7) days, or if the documents are not likely to strengthen the reality of identity and domicile of the buyer, the order will be cancelled and the Customer will be informed by email.
Prix et VAT
1 – Price Offer:
Our prices are valid for 1 month. However, they are subject to change depending in particular on the cost of the raw material and economic and business conditions in the framework of legal provisions.
Our prices do not include installation costs, training or other additional services. Delivery costs are the responsibility of Velyen (except Scotland and Islands that are excluded)
Prices of products sold on the Velyen.co.uk site are in GBP without VAT, excluding postage costs.
Orders are accepted and billed at the rate in effect on the date of order.
In the case of modification of our rates and when the goods covered by the same order have not been delivered in full, the balance of the order will be charged at the rate in force on the day of the order.
VELYEN. The Company markets its products in various media and all trade marketplaces.
The prices of these different media are based on the expenses incurred on these marketplaces. Promotions and/or discounts cannot be carried on all sales material indefinitely
2 – All products sold on Velyen.co.uk are exclusively delivered in England (including Scotland), but not the rest of islands. VAT is not included.
3 – Paiement
The price is payable in full in one payment in advance by bank transfer to our bank account – credit card – by check (after collection period) – cash (money order or buy locally). Our prices are net, without discount.
VELYEN the company will not send goods against refund.
Velyen.co.uk will honour the orders within the limits of its stocks and those of its suppliers.
In the case of non-availability of an ordered product, Velyen.co.uk will look to see if it has a product that meets the same specifications and quality and a similar price.
If Velyen.co.uk can find a product that meets the same criteria, it will send it to the Customer.
If Velyen cannot find you a product meeting the original criteria, Velyen will inform the customer of it’s availability. The customer then has the opportunity to wait that period for the delivery or can be credited for his purchase in full.
If the option to refund is chosen, the refund will be made using the payment method used to make the original order.
Supply of goods
Products purchased by the Consumer will be delivered to the address given by him in the original “Contact Form” completed when the order was placed.
Delivery is always within a maximum period of 60 Working days for England,
Shipping fees are the responsibility of Velyen and are fully included along with delivery to your premises and offloading.
Our internet prices do not include delivery to Scotland, Ireland and the Islands off Scotland, these are all excluded. Any deliveries to Scotland, Ireland and the Scottish Islands will be carried by a carrier selected by the Seller and priced accordingly prior to a sale taking place.
Our products will be shipped from receipt of order and only if payment is received in full.
Product offerings are available within the limits of available stocks. In the case of unavailability of a product once the order is placed, the Customer will be informed by mail or telephone and repaid within a maximum of 30 days. If the order includes several products, all the available product will be sent to the buyer except for the unavailable product(s) unless otherwise arranged with the seller.
Unavailable product will need to be re-ordered unless otherwise arranged with the seller.
Products purchased on Velyen.co.uk are delivered exclusively in England. (Scotland, Ireland and the Islands off Scotland are excluded). Velyen.co.uk does not offer a Pick-up Service to its logistics platform and book, Velyen do not deliver to PO boxes or Military Bases.
All ordered products are delivered to the shipping address provided during the “Order Process” (the Customer must ensure that the address provided is fully accurate and complete with the Postcode).
Velyen.co.uk reserves the right to split deliveries. If in any case this happens there will only ever be charges for one shipment.
In the case of damage or reluctance to accept the delivery from a Courier:
- When, or if a package is delivered to a customer damaged by the carrier or others, the Customer is requested to mention its objections directly on the “Delivery Note” of the carrier and possibly refuse the package.
- If the package is not delivered by hand, the Customer is invited to submit its objections to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, at the latest within three (3) days of receipt.
In parallel with this approach and within the said period of three (3) days, the Customer must keep informed velyen.co.uk of discrepancies. It can do so by mail addressed to Customer Service, or via the “My Account” on the Velyen.co.uk site, or by telephone (+34 962 543 073) by specifically referring to the problem.
After the period of three (3) days, delivery will be deemed complete and the delivered products shall be deemed free from defect. Accordingly velyen.co.uk do not accept claims because of damage, missing product, damaged package, broken parts unless reported at delivery.
The products supplied by the Seller benefit, in accordance with legal provisions,
– The legal guarantee of conformity,
– The legal guarantee against hidden defects from faulty material, design or manufacture affecting the products delivered and making them unsuitable for use,
– Manufacturer warranty, depending on the brand and product concerned.
Warranty is excluded in cases of misuse, neglect or lack of maintenance on the part of the Consumer, as in a case of normal wear and tear, accident or force majeure and the guarantee of the Seller is limited to replacement or reimbursement of non-conforming products or assigned a vice.
Seller provides warranty for parts only, the labour cost being the responsibility of the customer.
Any delay in the delivery shall not give rise to compensation or damages.
If the claim made by the buyer is unjustified, the intervention will be billed.
Transfer of property
Upon confirmation of the order, the products are placed under the responsibility of the consumer who then supports all risks, loss, deterioration or damage. The Consumer must therefore take out insurance covering these risks, loss, deterioration or damage.
PRODUCTS ARE THE PROPERTY OF SELLER TO COMPLETE COLLECTION OF THE AMOUNT CHARGED.
WILL THE CONSUMER IN THE CASE OF PRODUCTS REGULATION WILL NOT CARRIED OUT, BE SURE ALL TIMES THAT THEY ARE IDENTIFIED AS PROPERTY OF SELLER AND MAY NOT BE COMBINED DO NOT PARTICULARLY OR THE SUBJECT OF A CLAIM BY THIRD PARTIES. PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ARE PRESUMED TO BE THOSE UNPAID. CONSUMER If FORBIDDEN TO GIVE FURTHER PLEDGED OR SELL ANY FORM WHATSOEVER, BY WAY OF WARRANTIES, THE OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCTS.
AT ANY TIME, THE PRODUCTS MAY BE TAKEN AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CONSUMER AND WITHOUT PRIOR SUMMONS BY SELLER IN CASE OF NON-PERFORMANCE OF ITS OBLIGATIONS BY THE CONSUMER AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE BENEFIT OF SELLER FOR ANY-INTEREST. SELLER AND CARRIER WILL BE AS SUCH AUTHORIZED TO ENTERING THE LOCAL CONSUMER TO REMOVE THE PRODUCTS COVERED BY THE CLAUSE OF PROPERTY RESERVE. THIS PROCEDURE IS NOT EXCLUSIVE OF OTHER ACTIONS OR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS MAY DECIDE THAT THE SELLER TO ENGAGE.
Right of withdrawal
According to current regulations a Customer has a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of the order to return the goods, at his/hers own expense if the products do not suit him/her at the end of reimbursement or other modality of choice (exchange have, …) within a maximum period of 30 days.
All returns must be reported in advance by sending an e-mail to the Seller at the following address: email@example.com which will indicate in return the Consumer the address to which he will return the product.
Only products returned will be together, in their original packaging complete and intact and in perfect condition for resale. The return of products must be accompanied by a return form, available on the site, and invoice.
In the case of an exchange, the re-shipment will be at the expense of the Consumer.
Right to retraction
Only valid for individuals.
For sales made on the Internet, not a professional buyer has, in accordance with the law, a withdrawal period of 14 business days from the delivery of products as part of a purchase on any commercial site such as eBay and 7 days as part of a purchase from the online site www.velyen.co.uk to return them to VELYEN to end exchange or refund.
The exchange or refund will be given if:
– The withdrawal period has not gone
– The items are returned in their original packaging.
– The articles are accompanied by the Invoice.
– Packaging and product are free from any damage or soiling.
– The items are brand new and unused.
Reimbursement will be made by any means of payment and within fourteen days.
After sales warranty
VELYEN warrants its products and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months (1 year) from the original delivery date.
During this period VELYEN will “supply only” any defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at VELYENS cost, without any charge to you.
If the product was bought on www.velyen.co.uk. The customer can contact the customer service of VELYEN by mail – phone – email or fax.
You will always be asked for the original Invoice Number to identify the customer.
You may be asked to send digital photos of any warranty claim or defect.
Any dispute concerning the implementation or interpretation of this contract will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Valencia (Spain).
For retail clients the competent court in cases of dispute will be the place.
